For conveniency, we travel and meet all our clients at their front door step or anywhere they like as we do not have an office. We notarize all your documents at your own home or office. Some locations include, but not limited to are nursing homes, rehab centers, hospitals, coffee shops, offices, and many more. We specialize in General Notary, Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Wills, Trusts, Deeds, School Forms, Divorce, Letters, Estate Planning, and more. We can also witness. Additionally, we also provide real estate loan signing services for our real estate clients and notary service for Estate Planning Attorneys. We handle small to large loan documents, mortgages, escrow closings, etc. We are equipped with a multi-functional printer that offers scanning, copy, fax, and printing capabilities to handle real estate documents of any size.

We are licensed to practice Notary in New York and 100% E&O insured for your protection. In addition, we utilize Covid-19 precaution when meeting our clients.

Restrictions

Every client needs to understand what he/she is signing before having their signature notarized. If a witness is required, then you should have a witness in place. In some cases, we may serve as a witness.

Preparation

We ask that you please have your Photo ID with you at the time of the notarial act. It is illegal to perform this service without a state issued Photo ID.

Marklin's Services doesn't charge for notarizations. All notarizations are free to our clients. However, we do charge a small travel fee. Our low cost travel fee is calculated for each appointment and will vary according to each client's location, distance traveled, and time of day or night.
